Planning Commission is currently seeking two Bay City residents to serve on the Planning Commission. Interested parties may apply and are encourage to attend Planning Commission Meetings on the third Wednesday of the Month. This would allow interested applicants an understanding of what the Planning Commission completes.
Applications are available at City Hall.
Planning Commission meetings are scheduled for the third Wednesday of each month beginning at 5:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at 5525 B Street, Bay City, Oregon. The public is invited to attend. Special meetings will be advertised accordingly.

Public Meetings
Meetings of the Planning Commission are subject to Oregon Public Meetings rules. Oregon Administrative Rules (OAR) 199-050-0070 require the public body to designate and publish on its website the person and contact information to whom a grievance may be submitted and the regular business hours during which in-person grievances will be accepted.
In Resolution No. 2024-019, the City Council designated the City Manager as the person to whom grievances shall be submitted, during regular office hours maintained by City Hall.
