City of Bay City rents the community hall for many different events, both private and public, throughout the year. The hall measures approximately 40' x 44' in size and has an adjoining kitchen. Tables and chairs are available. Hall rental is $200 per day for Bay City residents and $250 per day for non-residents. All renters are required to pay a refundable cleaning/security deposit of $150.00 and provide a certificate of liability insurance in the amount of $2,000,000. The maximum capacity is 257 persons.
