The City of Bay City is seeking proposals from firms for structural engineering, architectural design and Project Management services for the Seismic Rehabilitation of Fire Station 41 in Bay City, Oregon. The City received a Seismic Rehabilitation Grant for the project through the Infrastructure Finance Authority: Business Oregon. The intent of this RFQ is for the consultant to provide an integrated design solution for the project. RFQ documents are available by request by email from David McCall at dmccall [at] ci.bay-city.or.us (dmccall[at]ci[dot]bay-city[dot]or[dot]us). Proposals must be received electronically by the City no later than October 2, 2024, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. (Pacific Time). Proposals received after this time will not be accepted.
