City Council Meeting

The City of Bay City will be conducting its regular City Council meeting on Tuesday, June 9, 2026. The meeting will be held at 6:00 p.m. in the Community Hall located at 5525 B Street, Bay City, Oregon.

Copies of the proposed Resolutions and other meeting materials will be posted on the website by June 4, 2026. 

On the agenda will be: 

• 2^nd PUBLIC HEARING (continued) and 1^st READING of Ordinance No. 720 Adopting and Making Amendments to the Bay City Comprehensive Plan and Certain Sections of the Unified Municipal Code, specifically Chapter 10 to Include Updates for Definitions, Firewise Recommendations, and Minor Text Edits
• Public Hearing: Supplemental budget for FY 2025-2026
• Public Hearing: FY 2026-27 Budget, Imposing Taxes, Categorizing the Taxes, and Making Appropriations
• Remand Hearing for Mistybrook Estates, LLC, request #SUB-2025-01

Also on the agenda will be 1) Visitors' Propositions; 2) Committee Reports; 3) Minutes of Prior Meetings; 4) Treasurer's Report; 5) Bills Against the City; 6) Unfinished Business; 7) New Business; 8) Mayor’s Presentation; 9) City Council Presentation; 10) City Attorney’s Presentation; and any other business that may come before the Council on normal City business.
