CITY ATTORNEY SERVICES

Introduction
The City of Bay City is requesting sealed proposals from firms qualified and interested in performing city attorney services. Proposals should outline experience and qualifications in performing work directly related to services outlined in the RFP. Services with the City are expected to begin on or before August 1, 2019.

All proposers are required to comply with the provisions of Oregon Revised Statutes and Local Contract Review Board (LCRB) Policy.
Owner Reservations. The City may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and may reject for good cause any or all proposals upon a finding of the City if it is in the public interest to do so.
