Bay City Comprehensive Plan
                

It is the purpose of the Comprehensive Plan to provide the City with a guide
to future growth in accordance with the desires of the citizens of the town.
A Comprehensive Plan is "a generalized, coordinated land use map and policy statement of the governing body...that interrelates all functional and natural systems and activities relating to the use of land".

  
               
Bay City Development Ordinance # 374
 
The Bay City Development ordinance is intended to regulate land use within the Bay City Corporate Limits in conformance with the goals and policies of the Comprehensive Plan and the Statewide Planning Goals and Guidelines.
     
To perform the following activities on property within the City Limits of Bay City or to obtain information concerning these issues please contact the office indicated.
